Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to support a gentleman with complex care needs, at his home in Norwich.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user has a spinal injury and requires social support as well as support around his home such as meal preparation.

He enjoys spending time in his garden as he keeps lots of animals such as chickens, horses, dogs, and rabbits.

His other hobbies include going to the races as he owns his own racehorse and spending time on his boat which he likes to go on when possible.

He has the use of an electric wheelchair which allows him to continue to be as independent as possible.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for care and can support him to enjoy his interests. 

Please note, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Essential Experience Required

• 6 months previous care experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

• Bowel Care

We have the following shifts available;

• Part Time Days - between 7am - 8pm
• Part Time Nights - between 7pm - 9:30am
• Part Time Sleep Nights - 8pm - 8am
