Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a service user in their own home?

We are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support our service users with their complex care needs.

You must be available and willing to cover shifts at short notice and planned holiday cover.

We provide care to adults, children and young people who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

Due to the conditions of our service users we require Nurses with experience in the following clinical tasks;

• Ventilation Care
• Tracheostomy Care
• Gastrostomy (PEG) Care
• Nebuliser
• Cough Assist
• Suctioning
• Oxygen Administration

You will hold a valid NMC PIN and have experience in either children's or adults nursing and can evidence hands-on clinical care.

The role we have will enable you to make a positive impact to a variety of our service users using your valuable skills and experience. You will also gain job satisfaction from the positive effects of your hands-on care.
