Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?

Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to support a toddler with her complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is an energetic young toddler who likes getting out into the community with her Mum, they go shopping, like to play in the park and loves spending time with her family.

She is unable to verbally communicate, however she can express her needs well with vocal cues and gestures.

She is in the process of learning MAKATON, it would be advantageous if you can communicate using this method.

Essential Experience Required

• 6 months previous care experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

• Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)
• Tracheostomy Care
• Oxygen Administration

We have the following shifts available;

• Nights shifts from 9:30pm – 7:30am
