Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Support Workers to support with a young gentleman with his care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user lives at home with his family in Widnes. He is a lovely, sociable young man who has a progressive genetic disorder therefore requires support with his care and social needs.
He has a very close relationship with his family and loves to spend his time with his brother.
You will be required to encourage him to gain a little more independence and to get out and about in the community to socialise with friends, do his own thing and gain new hobbies.
One of his main interests are cars, especially sporty ones!
It would be ideal if you were to share the same interests with our service user.
We are looking for people who can support with building his confidence and assist with finding new hobbies that he can enjoy on his own or with friends.
Please note a UK Drivers Licence is required for this role
Essential Experience Required
• 6 months previous care experience
• UK Drivers Licence
We have the following shifts available;
• Part Time hours (May include weekends)
