Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a teenage girl with complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user lives at home with her family in the Solihull area and requires care throughout the day and night, both at home and within her educational setting.
She is a big Disney fan and loves all Disney related movies and songs; her favorite character is Minnie Mouse!
During the week she attends school, which she very much enjoys, as this enables her to spend time with her friends.
When at home you will engage in activities such as painting, arts and crafts and pamper days. Personal appearance is very important to our service user and she especially enjoys having her nails painted.
She has the use of wheelchair which allows her to access days out in the community with the assistance of her care team, such as visiting the local park and going swimming.
During the night she can become unsettled and requires reassurance to settle her back to sleep.
This is such a fulfilling role that will give you job satisfaction every day by making a difference to each of our service users lives.
Our ideal applicant will hold a UK Driving Licence however, this is not essential.
