Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a patient in their own home?

We are looking for a team of experienced and committed Registered Nurses to support our service user with his complex care needs.

Our service user is a gentleman who has Motor Neurone Disease and has recently returned to the family home after a lengthy time in hospital away from his family.

He and his family are very close family and he especially enjoys spending time with his grown-up sons who are part of a band.

He loves listening to their live music and is their biggest fan!

He requires care 24/7 to ensure his safety and carry out clinical interventions as required.

This will include but not be limited to;

• Tracheostomy Care
• Ventilation Management
• Oral Suctioning
• Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)

This is a personally rewarding role where you can apply your valuable skills and experience and deliver exceptional care and support to our service user.

Our ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC PIN, have experience in adults nursing and be able to evidence hands-on clinical care.

We have the following shifts available;

• Days – 9am – 9pm
• Waking Nights – 9pm – 9am
