Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady with complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user lives with her family in Burton-upon-Trent and requires a care team to support her on a part time basis.

She enjoys lots of interaction with her care team which includes reading books and engaging sensory based activities.

She enjoys watching films, TV and listening to music. Bollywood and Disney are her favourites!

When circumstances allow, she enjoys trips to the cinema, library and visiting the local park with the assistance of her care team.

Essential Experience Required

• 6 months previous care experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

• Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
• Oral Suction
• Nebuliser Care

We have the following shifts available;

• Weekend Days – 8am – 5:30pm
• Nights - 8pm - 8am
