Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?

Apollo Home Healthcare are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a lady with her complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user lives with her family in Harborne and enjoys spending lots of time with them.

She enjoys listening to music and watching the TV; Friends is one of her favourite programs.

It is important that her care team take time to develop and build on forms of communication to anticipate her requirements, as she in non-verbal.

At times can become distressed when trying to indicate her needs, so you must always be patient and understanding.

Essential Experience Required

• 6 months previous care experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling
• Acquired Brain Injury Knowledge

Desirable Experience

• Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
• Oral Suctioning

We have the following shifts available;

• Weekdays - 7am - 7pm
