Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Support Workers to support a lady with complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a delightful mature lady who wants and needs to get home to her family in Buxton, she is currently residing in a rehabilitation establishment in Worsley and we need a fantastic care team in place to do so.

Prior to the lockdown restrictions socialising was really important to her and she liked meeting up with her friends as often as they could to get out into the community.

This is a fantastic role where you will work in a 2:1 team and play a vital role in the transition from the rehabilitation centre back home to her family and friends and support with her ongoing rehabilitation.

All shadowing is held at the rehabilitation centre in Worsley which you will be required to attend

Essential Experience Required

• 6 months previous care experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

• Tracheostomy Care
• Oral Suctioning
• Gastrostomy care (Peg Feeding)
• Nebuliser

We have the following shifts available;

• 12 hour day shifts available
• 12 hour night shifts available
