Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a team of Support Workers to support a young adult with his complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is in his late teens and wants and needs to get home to his family.
He is currently residing in Middlesbrough Hospital and we need to recruit a fantastic support team to assist with his transition home.
An essential requirement is that you will be required to attend training in Middlesbrough. This will be for two days, where travel, overnight accommodation and expenses will be covered.
He will initially be discharged from Middlesbrough to Coventry, where he will reside until mid-2021 before returning to the family home in Atherstone.
He is very chilled out and laid back, supports Liverpool FC and enjoys watching lots of sports. His other interests include spending time online, playing Xbox with friends and watching YouTube on his phone.
It is important that his team can get involved and support him in the things he enjoys.
