Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young gentleman with complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user lives at home with his mum in Middlesbrough and requires a care team to support him throughout the day.

He is a lovely young gentleman who has epilepsy, learning disabilities and is unable to communicate verbally. He is very loving and responds well to a tactile, hands on approach from his carers.

Our ideal applicant will have experience with seizure management and administering rescue medication.

Essential Experience Required

• 6 months previous care experience
• Medication Administration
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling

Desirable Experience

• Learning Disability awareness
• Epilepsy Awareness

We have the following shifts available;

• Day and night shifts available
