Are you passionate about enhancing a child or young person’s everyday life?
Would you like to progress your career by working with children who require complex clinical care?
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a young child with complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user lives with her family in Bourne and requires a care team to support her throughout the night.
She is a very social little girl who enjoys spending lots of time with her family and playing with her friends at nursery during the day.
Due to her age, she is not able to communicate verbally and will do so via noises and facial expressions. She enjoys a tactile approach and likes lots of interaction and cuddles from her care team.
Throughout the night she can become extremely upset and can cry inconsolably for long periods of time. We are looking for someone of a calm and caring nature, who can be patient and reassuring, allowing this young girl gets the rest she needs.
