Are you passionate about enhancing a child or young person’s everyday life?
Would you like to progress your career by working with children who require complex clinical care?
We are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants who have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, to support our young service user who has complex care needs.
In return, we can offer a permanent contracted position of 24 hours per week, there is also opportunity for additional shifts.
This is a great opportunity where you will be using your valuable skills from your gained experience and progressing into a Children’s Complex Care Assistant.
Our service user is a young baby who is currently residing in QMC Nottingham.
Since birth, hospital has been his only home and we urgently require a care team to facilitate his discharge to get him back to his family home where his Mum and Dad so desperately want him.
You will be tending to his clinical interventions as required and fulfilling his sensory, play and social needs. This could be general play at home, walks to the park and accessing the community.
We can offer full time night shifts and require applicants who are able to commit to his care on a long term, ongoing basis.
Please note, you must be flexible as shift times can vary.
This is a great opportunity to upskill and be trained directly by our fantastic, highly skilled Nurse’s.
