Job description

Are you passionate about enhancing a child or young person’s everyday life?

Would you like to progress your career by working with children who require complex clinical care?

Apollo Home Healthcare urgently require experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a baby with complex care needs.

Our service user is currently residing in Milton Keynes Hospital, awaiting discharge back to her family home, where she requires care during the day and throughout the night.

She is a lovely young baby who enjoys sensory toys, lights, and sounds. She likes listening to nursery rhymes, having stories read to her and watching children’s TV programs; her favourite character is Peppa Pig.

She enjoys lots of interaction from her family and care team and when communicating she will respond.

During the day you will fulfil her personal and social care needs. This could be sensory play and general play at home, walks to the park and accessing the community.

Throughout the night you will carry out regular observations and tend to her clinical needs and required.

We are seeking dedicated individuals who can commit to her to care on a long term, ongoing basis.

This is such a fulfilling role that will give you job satisfaction every day by making a difference to our service user’s life.

Shifts Available:

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and really making an impact on her day to day life.
