We are expanding our team in Loughton and are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a young girl who lives with her family in Loughton.
She requires experienced Support Workers to carry out careful repositioning, moving, and handling and tend to her clinical interventions throughout the night.
Our ideal applicant will have a genuine interest for working with children and be able to support her clinical, social, and emotional needs as she can display fluctuating moods and experiences episodes of anxiety.
It would be advantageous if you are a driver with access to a vehicle however, this is not essential.
