Job description

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge?

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can work 1:1 with a service user in their own home?

We are looking for experienced, committed, Registered Nurses to support our service user with his complex care needs. You must be available at short notice and willing to cover a variety of shifts and planned holidays.

Our service user is a mature gentleman who lives with his family in York. He is very sociable and enjoys speaking and interacting with his care team, family, and friends. He also loves watching the Football with his son.

He is one of the founding members of his local mosque and his goal is to be able to visit again, as he has not been able to since he sustained his spinal injury.

Our ideal applicant will hold a valid NMC PIN and be skilled in Tracheostomy care.

Essential Experience

  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Current NMC PIN

Desirable Experience

  • Spinal injury knowledge
  • Ventilation management
  • Suctioning


  • Days and nights
  • 12 hour shifts
  • This a Bank Nurse role supporting on an adhoc basis
