We're proud to share that our Northwest Office has been rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)!
Achieving a 'Good' rating across all five key areas; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led, is a fantastic recognition of the dedication, professionalism and compassion shown by our team every day.
The CQC recognised our commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality care for adults and children with very complex healthcare needs, highlighting our thorough care planning, safe clinical practice, strong leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement. The report also recognised the positive relationships we build with the people we support, their families and healthcare professionals to help achieve the best possible quality of life.
As a CQC-registered provider authorised to deliver Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI), we're proud that this assessment reinforces the safe, clinically led care we provide every day.
Perhaps most importantly, the feedback from the people who use our services speaks for itself:
💚 "It's a brilliant service and carers go the extra mile."
💚 "I know the carers well and always know who's coming. They are well trained and know what they are doing."
We're incredibly proud of this achievement and would like to thank our amazing colleagues for their hard work and commitment, as well as our clients, their families, and our healthcare partners for the trust they place in us every day.
Receiving a 'Good' rating is an important milestone, but our focus remains the same: to continually learn, improve and deliver the highest standards of person-centred complex care.

Today is Thank You Day 💚
Every day across Apollo Home Healthcare, we see people making a difference.
Whether it's delivering exceptional care, supporting a colleague through a busy shift, sharing knowledge, offering reassurance to a family, or simply taking the time to check in with someone who needs it, these moments may seem small, but they have a lasting impact.
Today is a reminder to pause and say thank you to the people who make a difference in your day.
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we believe recognition shouldn't be saved for one day of the year. That's why we encourage our teams to celebrate one another every day through our Thank You Cards and Values Recognition Awards, recognising the colleagues who bring our values to life through their care, compassion, commitment, courage, communication, and competence.
If someone has gone above and beyond, made your day a little easier or simply reminded you why great teamwork matters, we encourage you to let them know.
A simple thank you can mean more than you think. 💚
