Since our beginnings in 2014, our purpose has always been to provide a complex homecare service that we would be happy for our own family members to receive. Our dedicated and experienced local teams are committed to ensuring that we consistently deliver a high quality, person-centred care service to individuals with long-term or life-limiting conditions.
We go above and beyond to ensure that every one of our clients can live the life they want to live and achieve all their aspirations along the way. Most importantly, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

We're proud to share that our Northwest Office has been rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)!
Achieving a 'Good' rating across all five key areas; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led, is a fantastic recognition of the dedication, professionalism and compassion shown by our team every day.
The CQC recognised our commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality care for adults and children with very complex healthcare needs, highlighting our thorough care planning, safe clinical practice, strong leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement. The report also recognised the positive relationships we build with the people we support, their families and healthcare professionals to help achieve the best possible quality of life.
As a CQC-registered provider authorised to deliver Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI), we're proud that this assessment reinforces the safe, clinically led care we provide every day.

Good Care Month is about recognising the people who make a real difference. Whether they're delivering care in our clients' homes or supporting our teams behind the scenes, every person at Apollo Home Healthcare plays a part in providing safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

We're delighted to announce that Lisa has been appointed as a Clinical Lead Nurse.
Lisa joined Apollo Home Healthcare over six years ago as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In her new role, she'll help lead and support our clinical teams, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of care across all of our services.
