Covid-19 has made our complex care service even more challenging to deliver, with staff having to go into isolation and the challenge of sourcing of PPE, whilst keeping the safety and wellbeing of our staff and our clients our top priority. During this period, we have worked tirelessly along with the NHS to discharge from hospital those who can be supported at home, and we are so proud of what our team has achieved for our clients and their families.

Our Board of Directors have taken a hands-on approach in the growth of the business in order to build a robust company structure. Their involvement at this level has meant they have been part of our service development and ensure that our clients and our people are at the heart of everything we do.
Phil has worked in key leadership roles within the home healthcare sector for over 20 years. As founder and CEO of Apollo Home Healthcare he wanted to bring his wealth of experience together to create a national complex and specialist care at home service that focuses on delivering tailored, personal, specialist care services with quality at its core.
Drawing on his sector experience he leads Apollo’s Executive team and has created a recognised, responsive, and person-focused home healthcare business operating across the country.
Michelle has held senior management positions in healthcare for over 17 years, having previously worked as a Registered Manager responsible for delivering care to significant numbers of clients with complex care needs.
Michelle is responsible for overseeing our 6 registered operational teams across the UK. She is passionate about people and dedicated to ensuring we consistently deliver a high-quality, personalised care service that meets the needs of each of our clients.
Laura brings nearly 20 years of managerial experience to her role; the last 13 years having been in healthcare. Laura’s key focus is to oversee the commercial, sales, recruitment and marketing functions.
Committed to forging strong business relationships and identifying key areas of growth, Laura also works closely with our operations team to implement and deliver new care packages ensuring safety and the client’s needs remain at the centre of all we do. She has a drive to succeed and has a proven track record within healthcare and sales combined with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Tracey is a highly-skilled and experienced Clinician with over 20 years working in a variety of healthcare settings.
Tracey started her career working in ICU, and has since gained further experience working as a District Nurse, specialising in end-of-life care and brain injury.
Since 2009, Tracey has been working in the private sector supporting individuals with complex health conditions within the community, working as a Nurse Specialist before moving into Clinical Lead and Clinical Director positions, leading nationwide nurse teams, and promoting the highest-quality of care.
At Apollo Home Healthcare she draws on her extensive clinical experience and expertise to oversee clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and the safety practices of the organisation and all our care packages. Tracey will lead our local nursing teams, bringing together their skills and experience to ensure we provide a safe and high-quality care service.
As the designated safeguarding lead, Tracey acts as the main source of support, advice and expertise for both staff and our clients.
