The Apollo 5 Loyalty Reward Scheme

Our healthcare staff are at the forefront of the services we deliver for our clients, so it is incredibly important to us that we reward and recognise the commitment and dedication they give to the success of Apollo Home Healthcare.

How we recognise and reward our team

We have developed an industry-leading reward and recognition scheme that we are extremely proud of, and our care staff tell us that they really value the acknowledgement and appreciation.

1.Pay rates starting at £10.00 per hour

We want to ensure that our pay rates reflect the appreciation we hold towards our care staff and the work that they do. For this reason, we guarantee that our pay rates will never be below £10.00 per hour*. Our pay rates are uplifted at night, weekends, and bank holidays. All staff receive paid holiday pay on top of their hourly rate.

* Excludes training and shadowing rates.

3. Service Rewards

6 Months Service Reward

Care staff who work with us for 6 months continually will receive an Apollo Home Healthcare goodie bag filled with some special gifts to reward you for your hard work. *

Cash bonus for 12 months service

Our clients have ongoing healthcare needs; therefore, continuity of care is extremely important to us. For this reason, we reward care staff for their continued commitment to their clients with a cash bonus following 12 months continual service with us. *

4.Quarterly Prize Draw

It is important to us that we recognise the compassion and commitment that our care team demonstrate. Care staff who attend all scheduled shifts throughout an entire quarter will be entered into our quarterly prize draw. The winner receives a spa day for two at their choice of location, giving you some time to relax, unwind and feel rewarded for your hard work and dedication. *

5. The 6 Cs Recognition Scheme

We recognise our frontline and office-based staff for outstanding contributions to our core values. Nominations are received from all staff and winners are drawn at random on a six-monthly basis. Every nomination is entered into the draw and the winners receive a spa day for two at their choice of location.

*Terms and Conditions: Minimum £10 per hour pay rate applies to Grade B Healthcare Assistants and excludes any  shadow shifts. The 6 and 12-month service rewards apply to care staff who undertake continuous service with no break in regular work for more than 4 weeks in a 12-month period and 2 weeks in a 6-month period. To be eligible care staff must complete an average of 24 working hours per week. Quarterly prize draw applies to care staff who complete all booked shifts over a 12-week period with no cancellations for any reason, working a minimum of 24 hours per week applies.
