One of our Clinical Nurse Specialists, Demi-Jo, has been busy ensuring the highest standard of care for our service users. She completed medication charts ready to be sent out, liaised with the team regarding upcoming charity events, and checked in with service users’ families to address any potential concerns before they arise.
Demi-Jo also completed assisted tracheostomy change competencies and other clinical skills, audited paperwork, logs, and medication charts to maintain gold-standard care, and participated in revalidation discussions, securing another three years of practice.
It was a varied week full of both practical and administrative work, and the team finished off with a lovely afternoon together in the office. We’re proud of the dedication and expertise our staff bring every day to support our service users. 💚
Our Apollo Home Healthcare offices lit up for GloWeek 2025! 💚
Our teams across the country got involved by dressing up in their brightest, most glowing outfits, from hi-vis vests and neon accessories to glow sticks and UV lights!
Each year, @ChildBrainTrust’s GloWeek raises awareness about the importance of being visible as the nights draw in, helping to keep children safe on the roads. We’ve taken the pledge to start conversations with children and young people about road safety, bright clothing and reflective gear, helping them to be seen, not hurt. 💚
