⚽ Football days are back for David! ⚽
David enjoyed watching his team Stockport County FC recently with the support of his care team, Helen and Fariza!
One of David's goals before we started to provide his care package, was to get out into the community and be able to go and watch his favourite teams play football, we are so glad we have been able to reach this goal with him! 💚
