We know the role is demanding, and the level of responsibility carried within community complex care is immense. Yet time and time again, you continue to show professionalism, compassion, resilience, and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

Our Mental Health First Aiders are here to listen, provide support and reassure our colleagues, whenever they may need it, in complete confidence.
Throughout the week, weโll be introducing our Mental Health First Aiders from our local offices, helping teams know who they can turn to for support.
Together, we can continue to create a workplace where wellbeing matters, conversations are encouraged, and nobody feels alone.
