This week, we’re celebrating not just a milestone birthday, but a wonderful HR leader who brings positivity, expertise, and empathy into everything she does.
Amanda, our renowned gastronomy whiz, is often creating delicious treats for us, so we surprised her with a team buffet full of her favourites, and some lovely gifts from her friends and colleagues across the business. We may even have remixed some of her favourite ABBA songs into an Amanda themed medley!

Welcome to the Apollo Home Healthcare team, Emilia and Nieve! 💚
Emilia joins us as a Recruitment and Compliance Consultant in our Central Office, with previous experience in recruitment at West Midlands Police. She brings strong organisational skills, professionalism and attention to detail, gained in high-pressured environments. Emilia is excited to develop her recruitment career in a more person-centred sector, helping ensure our clients are supported by the right people in the right roles.
Nieve joins us as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in our Merseyside Office, bringing experience from Birmingham Children’s Hospital and a background in paediatric intensive care. She’s looking forward to bringing her paediatric expertise to our team, working alongside our adult nursing teams and supporting our clients and their families. Nieve is excited to step into a varied role where she can share her skills and continue learning.
