We know that starting a conversation about how you’re feeling isn’t always easy. Sometimes it can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or like you’re not quite sure where to begin. But talking really can make a difference.
That’s why we’re proud to have trained Mental Health First Aiders across Apollo Home Healthcare. They’re here to listen without judgement, offer support, and help guide you towards the right next steps, whether you need someone to talk to, signposting to additional support, or simply a listening ear.
Ahead of Time to Talk Day, we encourage everyone to check in with themselves and with those around them. A simple conversation could be the first step towards feeling supported 💚
